About Us:
Odurinde.com is an emerging online training center dedicated to providing top-quality education in the tech space. As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist & Community Manager to help us establish a strong online presence and engage with our community effectively.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need a self-driven, experienced social media and community expert who understands the Ed-Tech industry and can build an engaged audience from scratch.

The ideal candidate is:

✔ A strategic thinker who can grow and manage online communities.
✔ A content-savvy individual with experience in creating and curating high-quality posts.
✔ A tech enthusiast, especially familiar with the Ed-Tech landscape.
✔ A results-driven professional with a proven track record in community building and social media growth.

Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
🔹 Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, etc.).
🔹 Grow and nurture a community of learners, educators, and industry professionals.
🔹 Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring active engagement.
🔹 Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies.
🔹 Collaborate with instructors and students to amplify success stories and user-generated content.


Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in social media management and community building.
✅ Knowledge of Ed-Tech trends and how online learning platforms work.
✅ Content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
✅ Excellent communication and engagement skills.
✅ Ability to analyze social media insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
✅ Familiarity with SEO, social media ads, and online marketing tactics is a plus.
