This policy is designed to inform all students enrolled in any of our training programs, about the terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and deferments.
Program and Training Cancellation
By completing your registration for a course and making the payment (full or installment), you agree to the following terms:
- Course Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your course registration by requesting a “course cancellation” at least 5 working days before the course start date. The course start dates are published on our website and made available to all students.
- Students who pay for a course later than 5 days before the start date will not be eligible for cancellation once the course cohort has begun.
- We reserve the right to reschedule a course if necessary. If this happens, we will notify you within 2 working days before the scheduled start date.
- No Refund After Course Start: If the program or training has already started, no refunds will be issued. Students will be expected to complete the course.
Changing Course
- Students can only change their course after obtaining approval from the academic team. An administrative fee of 5% applies if the change occurs after the course has started.
- Before the Course Starts: Students can request a course change up to 5 days before the start date. Approval for changes will only be granted 1 day before the training begins.
- If a course change is approved, the student must pay the full fees for the new course before the refund for the original course is processed.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, students must send a written request via email.
- Upon submitting the request, the student will receive a refund form to complete with the necessary details for processing.
- Refunds are only available if requested 5 days before the course start date.
- Refunds for course cancellation requests will take 10-15 working days to process.
- Refunds for erroneous or overpayments will be processed within 5 working days.
- Payment details should be sent to temi@haabaamail.com for refund processing.
Refund Percentage
- If a student has made full payment and requests a refund within the allowable window, they will receive 90% of the total payment.
- If a student has made an upfront payment (either full or partial), they will also receive 90% of the upfront amount they have paid.
Program Deferment
Students will be provided with class recordings and resources used in class throughout the duration of the program.
