Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This person will play a key role in managing and expanding our online presence, driving engagement, and recruiting students through strategic social media and other digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a combination of marketing expertise and social media experience, and be passionate about driving results through digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create and implement effective strategies to engage with target audiences, particularly potential students.

Actively participate in relevant online groups and forums to attract and engage potential students, not just posting on our own social media pages.

Develop and schedule content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that is aligned with our brand and educational goals.

Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for our online courses and programs.

Support the recruitment process by promoting and managing campaigns that drive enrollment for our courses.

Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, marketing, and the online education industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or in a similar role with a strong focus on social media strategy.

Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and how to leverage them to achieve business goals.

Experience with online marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools is a plus.

Familiarity with the online education industry or experience in marketing educational content is an advantage.
